In 2025, Jaillance opens a new chapter in its history. Leader in AOC Clairette de Die and a major player in AOC Crémant de Bordeaux, Jaillance reinvents itself with a new brand universe, revamped packaging and a bolder approach to eff ervescence. One thing remains the same: Jaillance's expertise in the creation of fine bubbles. And in particular the light bubbles that have made Clairette de Die a veritable icon for all generations. Low in alcohol (8 % vol.) compared to other wines in the same category, this effervescent AOC is perfect for aperitifs, house cocktails and celebrations.

Jaillance unveils its new packaging to embody its expertise in new uses:
Clairette de Die Doux - Tradition (75 cl and 37.5 cl): the label retains its golden yellow palette, highlighting the roundness of its bubbles and the sunshine of its terroir. It's self-sufficient and surprisingly natural, with just a slice of lime and a few ice cubes.
Clairette de Die Brut (75 cl): the predominantly blue label reflects its finesse and liveliness. It's a perfect partner for any cocktail, and a French favorite at that!
Clairette de Die Doux - Tradition Bio (75 cl): the label adopts natural tones, symbolizing the freshness and balance of its aromas.
Each cuvée can be adapted to suit individual tastes.
