On Thursday, July 16, 2026, Jaillance is hosting another edition of its “Dinner in the Vineyards” event in Châtillon-en-Diois (26). An immersive experience in the heart of its vineyard, combining an exploration of the terroir, local cuisine, and a convivial evening under the stars.
A three-part event in the heart of the vineyards
On the agenda:
Starting at 4 p.m., the Jaillance winemakers offer a glimpse into their daily lives during a guided tour of the vineyards. A unique opportunity to talk with them,
to discover the expertise that shapes their wines, the secrets of the vineyard, and the rich diversity of the Diois region’s landscapes.
It is immediately followed at 7 p.m. by’a country-style dinner Created by the restaurant Le Caveau in Châtillon-en-Diois. The authentic cuisine—featuring dishes from both land and sea as well as vegetarian options—is prepared to order on the grill.
The evening takes place under the stars with a DJ set by Monsieur Jules, featuring various entertainment acts.

The Clairettologie® Experience: A Blend of Bubbles and Creativity
Throughout the evening, Juliette Cothenet, France’s Best Bartender, is leading a Clairettology® workshop alongside the Jaillance winemakers dedicated to signature cocktails and mocktails.
Among the featured creations, Clairette-Lime, Jaillance’s “it-cocktail” for the summer: the fine bubbles of the Clairette de Die Doux (8% vol.), with natural notes of lychee and passion fruit, A few ice cubes, a slice of lime, a nice cocktail glass… And that's it!
