This fresh cocktail combines the pep of Limoncello with the vegetable freshness of basil. and the delicate bubbles of Clairette de Die Brut. This cocktail is made with Clairette de Die Brut from Maison Jaillance. Depending on your tastes, you may also opt for Clairette de Die Doux.

2 cl Limoncello
10 cl Clairette de Die Brut Maison Jaillance

Crush 3 fresh basil leaves in the bottom of the glass
