From September 10–13, 2026, Jaillance will be a partner of the 10th Annual Valence en Gastronomie Festival, alongside the region's chefs, producers, and talented individuals.

The Night of the Stars
Two gourmet evenings featuring nearly 20 Michelin-starred restaurants from the Drôme and Ardèche regions. Jaillance will pair with the culinary creations of chefs Baptiste Poinot and Yoann Persoon, alongside Juliette Cothenet.
Saturday, September 12 – 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Talent Stage
Jaillance Master Class
Juliette Cothenet, France's Best Bartender, will share her tips for making cocktails using Clairette de Die, Brut, and non-alcoholic Jaillance.
Participation is open to all and free of charge; registration is on-site.

Two screenings of Planet Chefs, accompanied by demonstrations and tastings with the audience.
