The vintages of the Icône Blanche Clairette Dioise AOC have won awards in the most prestigious competitions:

- 2 stars in the Guide des vins Hachette 2018

- Silver medal at the Concours Muscat du Monde 2017

The medals won by our sparkling white wines are not systematically affixed to our bottles. Bottles without a visible "macaron" are, however, of equivalent quality.

Tasting

On her dress

Light gold, exceptionally fine bubbles.

On the nose

Discreet and elegant, with subtle notes of small white flowers (acacia, lime blossom, orange blossom).

At the palace

Fine, sparkling, sweet white wine, very well-balanced on the palate. Exotic aromas of mango and passion fruit enhanced by a hint of candied citrus. Great aromatic persistence.

Soil

Clairette de Die flourishes in the generous sunshine of the Drôme valley, sheltered by the mighty foothills of the Vercors, between the Alps and Provence. It has been recognized as an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1942. Its vineyards are made up of small plots of land rising to an altitude of 700 meters on clay-limestone soils.

Harvest

The rarity of this AOC Clairette de Die lies in the quality of the grapes harvested according to the principle of plot selection.

Winemaking

Careful vinification by our oenologist and our Maître de Chais complete this exceptional cuvée, vinified using ancestral methods dating back to antiquity.
