Crémant de Bordeaux

Benefiting from a mild oceanic climate and plenty of sunshine, our Crémant covers the entire AOC Crémant de Bordeaux vineyard.

Today, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Semillon grapes are used in its composition, giving it an elegant, fruity character with a lovely attack on the palate.

An Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1990, Crémant de Bordeaux is made using the traditional vinification method, with two fermentations: the first in vats and the second in bottles at the Brouette-Jaillance winery.
