Jaillance is a collective of producers working in solidarity, and has always sought to make respect for the Earth an integral part of its approach. In 2007, along with 9 other pioneering wineries from all over France, it launched the Vignerons engagés label. Today, this label represents more than 6,000 winegrowers and employees. More than just an environmental approach, it's a genuine philosophy of sustainability. We are proud to offer you the very best of their production, to continue their commitment to those who sublimate the earth.

This vintage comes from the lower, stony terraces of glacial origin. The small, rounded pebbles store heat during the day and release it at night, ensuring optimal ripeness.
The traditional aging process—50% in barrels and 50% in tanks for 8 months—brings freshness to the palate along with a complex array of aromas (candied lemon, marmalade).
