This vintage comes from the lower, stony terraces of glacial origin. The small, rounded pebbles store heat during the day and release it at night, ensuring optimal ripeness.
The traditional aging process—50% in barrels and 50% in tanks for 8 months—brings freshness to the palate along with a complex array of aromas (candied lemon, marmalade).

Born in the Drôme, we are the leader of the AOC Clairette de Die and one of the major players in the AOC Crémant de Bordeaux. Each and every bottle Each and every bottle is the fruit of the cooperative efforts of our 210 passionate winegrowers, who cultivate our vines on small, sunny plots nestled at altitudes of up to 700m.
Serve at a temperature of 10 to 12°C. Storage: up to 5 years.
