Cave Brouette – Les Cordeliers

Created in 1917 at Bourg-sur-Gironde by Joseph Brouette, who was champenois, the cellar Brouette develop sparkling wines according to the traditional method. The family-run company is acquired in 2001 by Jaillance’s cooperative Cellar.
A strong increase of activity, as well as a new partnership with the company Les Cordeliers of Saint-Émilion at the end of 2013, lead the new structure Jaillance - Brouette - Cordeliers to leave the historic site in Bourg-sur-Gironde to invest and settle down on Peujard at the beginning of 2014. The Cellar develops his Crémant de Bordeaux under the marks Jaillance, Brouette and The Cordeliers, and also produces vintages in traditional method.
