This refreshing cocktail combines the vegetal freshness of cucumber, the liveliness of lime and the peppery character of gin, enhanced by the fine bubbles of Jay Up Brut.
Ideally paired with a gin with spicy notes, it adds a more pronounced aromatic touch.
Ingredients
2 large cucumber slices
1 teaspoon sugar or 2 cl sugar syrup
2 cl lime juice
3 cl Peppery Gin
6 cl Jay Up Brut

Recipe
In a glass filled with ice, place the two large slices of cucumber.
Add the sugar (or sugar syrup), then the lime juice.
Pour in the peppery gin.
Complete with Jay Up Brut.
Mix gently to avoid breaking the bubbles.
