Aromas of red fruit, blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry and spicy notes.

At the palace

Round and harmonious. Initial aromas of red fruit are followed by a mellow persistence, followed by light notes of leather and blond tobacco on the finish.

Soil

The Chatillon-en-Diois vineyards stretch along the slopes of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, between the Drôme Pre-Alps and Provence. It is one of France's smallest appellations (40 ha in total).

Breeding

This preserved terroir, both harsh and sunny, produces distinctive wines with delicate floral notes.

Harvest

On these small plots, the winegrowers take particular care in working the vines and harvest the grapes by hand.
