The medals won by our sparkling brut wines are not systematically affixed to our bottles. Bottles without a visible "macaron" are, however, of equivalent quality.

Vinified from a single grape variety: 100 % Clairette Blanche

Soil

Clairette de Die flourishes in the generous sunshine of the Drôme valley, sheltered by the foothills of the Vercors. It has been recognized as an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1942. Its vineyards are made up of small plots rising to an altitude of 700 meters on clay-limestone soils.

Breeding

This brut bio sparkling wine is vinified by double fermentation.

Harvest

Jaillance winegrowers pay particular attention to vineyard work, harvesting grapes by hand.

Winemaking

Vinified from a single grape variety: 100 % Clairette Blanche
