Terraced hillside vineyards; granite soils
Northern Côtes du Rhône, right bank of the Rhône.
Continental with Mediterranean influence.
Hand-harvested. Selection of old vines and slopes showcasing the appellation. Traditional maceration in concrete vats at 28°C.°C; regular pumping over using a marc sprinkler or punching down. Hot maceration (30°C) for 2 weeks. Regular tastings to decide when to run off the skins, under wood, before malolactic fermentation in barrel.
Breeding : In new 400L barrels for 30% and 3-wine barrels for 70% for 18 months.
