Tasting

On her dress

Brilliant, pale yellow with grey highlights, fine bubbles and elegant cord.

On the nose

Notes of almond blossom and candied citrus mingle with hints of beeswax and licorice stick.

At the palace

Faithful to the nose, a lovely balance, underlined by candied citrus fruits, takes us on an aromatic persistence with an elegantly liquorice and complex finish.

Winemaking

This AOC, recognized in 1993 for the 100% clairette grape variety, has undergone a real evolution since the 2003 vintage, thanks to a modification of the appellation decree. Since then, Muscat and Aligoté have been authorized in the blending of this wine, giving it complex and delicious aromas, which it develops during its 36 months of ageing in the cellar.

This wine effervescent brut is vinified using the traditional method.
