Blend of Muscat blanc à petits grains and Clairette blanche
Clairette flourishes in the generous sunshine of the Drôme valley, sheltered by the mighty foothills of the Vercors. Recognized as an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1942, it is made up of small plots of vines at altitudes of up to 700 meters. On this terroir, the Jaillance winemakers pay particular attention to the work of the vines.
Vinified according to the ancestral method.
