Join us at Cave de Die Jaillance for the 2026 grape harvest!

A leading producer of French AOP sparkling wines since 1950, Jaillance is hiring several cellar workers on seasonal contracts for its website at Die (Drôme) during the 2026 grape harvest.

A model winery, Cave de Die Jaillance is a cooperative that brings together 200 winegrowers in a vineyard covering 1,196 hectares, spread across 31 municipalities. Every year, nearly 8 million bottles are sold. With more than 70 employees, our company is committed to preserving French winemaking expertise while placing women, men, and the environment at the heart of its values.

  • Contract type: Seasonal Contract
  • Location: Die (26150) – Drôme
  • Start date: Starting on August 10, 2026
  • Working hours: Monday through Saturday, according to the established schedule

Your missions

Depending on your assignment and under the supervision of your area manager, you may be assigned to one of the following positions:

Winery Worker – Wine Presses

  • Manage the filling of the presses.
  • Start the pressing programs and monitor them.
  • Clean the presses.

Winery Worker – Buffer Tanks

  • Transfer the freshly squeezed juices to the stainless steel tanks.
  • Use pumps controlled by a PLC.
  • Add the oenological products.
  • Manage the filling and cooling of the tanks.
  • Clean the wine tanks, pumps, and hoses.
  • Record the volumes in the tracking logs and the traceability software.

Winery Worker – Sparkling Wine Production Facility

As part of a team of 2 to 3 people and under the guidance of a team leader who will train you, you will be responsible for:

  • Pump the juice to clarify it (settling and racking).
  • Add the oenological products.
  • Manage the cooling of the tanks.
  • Clean the wine tanks, pumps, and hoses.
  • Ensure that volumes are recorded in the traceability systems.

Profile required

You enjoy working as part of a team and would like to be part of a key phase in wine production.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

  • Team spirit.
  • Rigor.
  • Organizational skills.

Previous experience in a winery or the food industry is a plus, but not required: on-the-job training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits
