This fresh cocktail combines the pep of lime, the sweetness of elderflower liqueur and the delicate bubbles of Jaillance Clairette de Die Brut.
Depending on your tastes, you can also opt for Clairette de Die Doux.
Ingredients
2 cl elderflower liqueur
16 cl Clairette de Die Brut, Maison Jaillance
2 lime slices
Recipe
In a cocktail glass, pour elderflower liqueur
Add 3 ice cubes
Pour Clairette de Die Brut
Stir gently so as not to break the bubbles
Mix gently to avoid breaking the bubbles
Place a slice of lime on the rim of the glass. Which you can also slip into your cocktail.
