On her dress

Its color is reminiscent of young, just-ripe blackcurrants, with lovely violet highlights.

On the nose

The first nose surprises us with a very fresh, crunchy, young, ripe pomegranate character; with aeration, it becomes warmer and more typical of our southern appellation, with some licorice notes.

At the palace

A fresh, light, lacy attack, worthy of the elegance of a great Pinot Noir, with all the conviviality of the South. The finish is full-bodied and full-bodied, but already quite mellow, so it can be opened immediately, without blushing!

Vineyards in the commune of Grignan and Valaurie.

Harvest

We have been working with the greatest respect for the environment for over 20 years. The use of fertilizers (only organic) is strictly forbidden.
in the plot, respecting the soil/plant balance. Alternate tillage and grassing. Manual green work. Trellising on 3 or 4 wires. Morning harvest.

Winemaking

Grapes destemmed at 100%. Fermentation in traditional concrete vats. Maceration for approximately 2 weeks. Daily pumping-over and temperature control. Aged in vats for 6 to 8 months.
