Un vrai rosé gastronomique, idéal sur une cuisine provençale légèrement relevée, des viandes finement cuisinées, des tajines d’agneau ou poissons fins (daurade au fenouil, carpaccio de St Jacques).

Over the years, Opale rosé wines have regularly won awards in the most prestigious competitions:

- Gold medal at Concours Générale Agricole 2023

- Grand Gold Medal at Vinalies Internationales 2022

Medals won by rosé wines are not systematically affixed to our bottles. Bottles without a visible "macaron" are, however, of equivalent quality.

Tasting

On her dress

The wine has a very pale pink color with salmon highlights.

On the nose

The nose is highly aromatic, with exotic notes of papaya and pineapple.

At the palace

The attack on the palate is fresh, with slightly lemony nuances. The wine's length and power give it great balance on the palate.

Grape variety(ies)

A blend of Grenache 50%, Syrah 25% and Cinsault 25%.

Soil

Harvest

Made from grapes from selected plots. After destemming, the grapes undergo cold skin maceration.

Winemaking

The musts obtained by bleeding are then settled and vinified at a temperature of 16°C.
