The medals won by our sweet sparkling wines are not systematically affixed to our bottles. Bottles without a visible "macaron" are, however, of equivalent quality.

Benefiting from a mild oceanic climate and plenty of sunshine, the Crémant de Bordeaux appellation covers the entire Bordeaux AOC vineyard.

Winemaking

Our Pain de Sucre cellars are ancient quarries dug into the rock, providing a constant temperature ideal for sparkling wine production.

This cuvée is made from Merlot grapes, which give it its intense color and subtle red berry aromas. This light, effervescent wine is both delicious and fresh.

This wine is vinified using the traditional method.
