The medals won by our sweet sparkling wines are not systematically affixed to our bottles. Bottles without a visible "macaron" are, however, of equivalent quality.

Aromas of red berries, blackcurrant and raspberry, with spicy, vanilla and roasted notes.

Harmonious, round, fresh and fruity, the aromas of red berries offer a mellow finish that blends notes of spice and vanilla.

Organic Gamay is harvested by hand.
The Châtillon-en-Diois AOC vineyard stretches across the hillsides of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, between the Pré-Alpes drômoises and Provence. It is one of the smallest appellations in France (40 ha in total).
This well-preserved terroir, both harsh and sunny, produces distinctive wines with delicate floral notes. On these small plots, the winegrowers take particular care in working the vines, harvesting the grapes by hand.
Traditional vinification with low-temperature maceration.
Organic red wine aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
