Soil

The Châtillon-en-Diois AOC vineyard stretches across the hillsides of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, between the Pré-Alpes drômoises and Provence. It is one of the smallest appellations in France (40 ha in total).
This well-preserved terroir, both harsh and sunny, produces distinctive wines with delicate floral notes. On these small plots, the winegrowers take particular care in working the vines, harvesting the grapes by hand.
