Soil

The AOC Châtillon-en-Diois vineyards, near Die, stretch along the southern slopes of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, between the Drôme Pre-Alps and Provence.

The appellation is one of the smallest in France (65 ha in total).

Perched on the foothills of the Vercors mountains, the vineyards are among the highest in France (up to 700 m altitude).

This preserved Drôme terroir, both harsh and sunny, produces distinctive wines with delicate floral notes.

Breeding

On these small plots, the winegrowers take particular care in working the vines and harvest the grapes by hand.
