The medals won by our sweet sparkling wines are not systematically affixed to our bottles. Bottles without a visible "macaron" are, however, of equivalent quality.
On her dress
Brilliant, pale golden yellow, fine bubbles and elegant cordon.
On the nose
Elegant, complex, white flowers, sweet almond and herbs (oregano) with a hint of wild strawberry.
At the palace
Beautiful attack, creamy mousse, pleasant balance, faithful to the nose with good persistence and a brioche finish.

Benefiting from a mild oceanic climate and plenty of sunshine, the Crémant de Bordeaux appellation covers the entire Bordeaux AOC vineyard. It was in April 1990 that this Crémant was recognized as an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée.
This cuvée benefits from over 18 months in the cellar to allow its aromas to express themselves to the full.
This Crémant de Bordeaux is vinified using the traditional method.
