The medals won by our sparkling white wines are not systematically affixed to our bottles. However, bottles of Clairette without a visible "macaron" are of equivalent quality.

Grape variety(ies)

Clairette de Die Cybèle Bio is made from muscat blanc à petits grains and clairette blanche grapes. Our grapes are organically grown.

Soil

Clairette de Die Cybèle flourishes in the generous sunshine of the Drôme valley, sheltered by the mighty foothills of the Vercors. Recognized as an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1942, our sparkling wine is made from small plots of vines at altitudes of up to 700 meters.

Harvest

On this terroir, the Jaillance winemakers pay particular attention to the work in the vineyard, harvesting the grapes by hand.

Winemaking

This sparkling white wine is vinified using the ancestral method dating back to antiquity.
