JOB OPENING: Accounting Manager (M/F)

Fixed-term position based in Die (Drôme – 26)

JAILLANCE, a leading producer of French AOP sparkling wines since 1950, is hiring an accounting manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Our group has more than 70 employees.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Department, your role will be to coordinate, verify, and oversee the general and cost accounting and cash management activities of all companies within the Jaillance Group. You will supervise a team of two accountants under the supervision of the Manager of Management Control.

In accordance with accounting and tax regulations, your role will involve:

• Ensure the smooth operation of accounting activities
• Help manage the cash flow of the Group's companies (forecasting, monitoring cash receipts, using factoring)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and tax returns
• Track and monitor quarterly account settlements
• Track fixed assets and loans
• Track Photovoltaic Contracts
• Ensure that new IT items and new accounting accounts are set up
• Participate in the closing of fiscal years and the preparation of annual balance sheets (for each company and the consolidated group) and ensure the filing of annual tax returns, including tax return packages
• Help prepare budgets and monitor the cash flow budget
• Work with the Manager of Management Accounting on reporting and the budget cycle
