Clairette de Die is a unique sparkling wine, mainly made from two grape varieties: Muscat à petits grains and Clairette blanche.

After the grapes have reached perfect ripeness, the must undergoes a first fermentation which is stopped prematurely to preserve the grapes' natural sweetness.
