We are proud to announce our entry into the Vallée de la Gastronomie®, the exceptional route that links Dijon to Marseille along the vineyards, know-how and terroirs that have made French gastronomy famous.

For Jaillance, this recognition takes on a special meaning.
Anchored in the Diois since 1950, our house perpetuates an ancestral winemaking method, the méthode dioise ancestrale, on exceptional limestone terroirs shaped by the wind and the relief of the Pre-Alps. A demanding territory, which gives our sparkling wines their unique character.🌿
