Ingredients
16 cl Clairette de Die Doux Maison Jaillance
2 or 3 ice cubes
1 slice lime (or finely chopped zest)
Variation: for a livelier touch, add a few fresh mint leaves.
Recipe
Add 2 to 3 ice cubes and a slice of lime to a rocks glass.
Pour in the chilled Clairette de Die Doux
Mix gently to preserve bubbles
