2 cl elderflower syrup (adjust dosage according to your taste for sweetness)
16 cl alcohol-free bubbles from Maison Jaillance
2 lime slices
Recipe
In a large cocktail glass, add elderflower syrup
Add 3 ice cubes
Pour in alcohol-free bubbles
Stir gently so as not to break the bubbles
Add 1 slice of lime for a touch of acidity
