Patrick Berthet, cooperative winegrower, succeeds Olivier Rey as Chairman of Jaillance.

Patrick Berthet, cooperative winegrower, has been elected Chairman of Jaillance, succeeding Olivier Rey in an organized and responsible transition. Olivier Rey will accompany the new Chairman over the coming months to ensure a smooth handover, alongside Guillaume de Laforcade, Managing Director.

Olivier Rey's tenure is unanimously praised for his determination and invaluable support in the various phases of the Cave's development.

In 2024, Jaillance sold over 7 million bottles for sales of €30.7 million, reaffirming the cohesion between winemakers and employees that is essential for the future.
Since 1950, Jaillance has established itself as a house of excellence for AOC sparkling wines, and is a founding member of the «Vignerons Engagés» label.
