Today, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Semillon grapes are used in its composition, giving it an elegant, fruity character with a lovely attack on the palate.
An Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1990, Crémant de Bordeaux is made using the traditional vinification method, with two fermentations: the first in vats and the second in bottles at the Brouette-Jaillance winery.
