AT HIS NOSE
The nose is fine and delicious, exhaling fragrances of white fruit (peach, pear and quince) as well as hints of melon and pomegranate.
In the mouth
Straightforward, fleshy, greedy attack of fruity aromas. Good freshness, lightness and relief. Citrus finish with a hint of southern spices.

Héritage is a blend of wines produced in the best terroirs of AOC Côtes de Provence, with shallow, schistose and silty soils in the foothills of the Massif des Maures and on the perched hillsides around Flayosc, at the gateway to the Verdon. These ancient vineyards, nestled in the hills and surrounded by nature, coexist harmoniously with olive trees and holm oaks.
Others, a little lower down, exposed to the clay-limestone slopes of the commune of Le Thoronet, where the famous 12th-century Cistercian abbey lies, and to the variegated sandstone of the commune of Le Cannet des Maures, benefit from the exceptional sunshine of Provence.
These ancient vineyards, nestled in the hills in the middle of nature, coexist harmoniously with olive trees and holm oaks.
